Coal City (Grundy County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Coal City in Grundy County rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,500 - a 12.2% increase over the $144,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Coal City in the fourth quarter of 2018.
