Mazon home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Mazon rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mazon in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Mazon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,530, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
