Village of Minooka Village Board met Jan. 28.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Village President, Patrick Brennan, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Trustees present: Terry Houchens, Dennis Martin, Chad Hrechko, Dick Parrish, Barry Thompson and Ric Offerman. Also present: Dan Duffy – Village Administrator, John Harrington- Village Treasurer, Ryan Anderson – Public Works Superintendent, Paul Pearson-Village Engineer, Chris Spesia-Village Attorney and Justin Meyer- Police Chief.

Changes to Agenda – There were no changes to the agenda at this time.

Review of the Minutes- Minutes of the Village Board Meeting of December 18, 2019 were reviewed. Trustee Parrish moved, Trustee Houchens seconded the motion to accept the minutes of December 18, 2019 Village Board Meeting as presented.

Nays: None

Absent: None

Motion carried.

Bills and Transfers- Trustee Martin moved, Trustee Houchens seconded the motion to approve the Bills and Transfers as presented.

Treasurer’s Report- Trustee Martin moved, Trustee Houchens seconded the motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report as presented.

Public Forum- President Brennan read the Proclamation of School Choice Week. No one else wanted to speak.

President Brennan closed the public form at 6:35 p.m.

Approval of 2020 Meeting Dates- Trustee Parrish moved, Trustee Hrechko seconded the motion to approve the 2020 Meeting dates.

Resolution Authorizing a Recapture and Reimbursement Agreement with Rock-Minooka LLC (Molto)-Trustee Martin moved, Trustee Thompson seconded the motion to pass Resolution #2020R-3022 to Authorizie a Recapture and Reimbursement Agreement with Rock-Minooka.

Resolution Authorizing Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (Minooka Comprehensive Plan)-Trustee Thompson moved, Trustee Parrish seconded the motion

to pass Resolution #2020R-3023 to Authorize Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning.

Resolution Awarding the 2020 Village Tree Planting Program to Fields on Caton Farm in the amount of

$22,000- Trustee Thompson moved, Trustee Hrechko seconded the motion to pass Resolution #2020R-3024, awarding the 2020 Village Tree Planting Program to Fields on Caton Farm.

Resolution Authorizing the Acceptance of an Engineering Agreement for the Engineering Services associated with the Phase 1 & 2 of Minooka Road Resurfacing (STP Funding) in the amount of $96, 508.00-Trustee
