III. Approval of Minutes

1. December 19, 2019 Minutes for ZBA

Breisch asked if there were any corrections to be made on the minutes. If no corrections were to be made, the minutes would stand approved.

IV. Official Business

1. Petition #20-S-001 Minor Subdivision for Pfeifer Farms

Miller reviewed the petition.

Josh Schroeder of Spaceco Inc. was sworn in. Schroeder stated that the purpose of this petition is to split the land for the homeowner Kenneth Pfeiffer so he can split the land evenly between his three heirs. No development will be built on this property. There is an access agreement for all three properties. Skwarczynski asked if it was possible to build homes on the split parcel. Miller noted that it was possible.

No public comment was heard.

Public comment was closed at 7:17 P.M.

Nelson made a motion to forward this petition with a positive recommendation to the Land Use Committee, seconded by Lynch. Motion carried 6-0.

V. Old Business

No Old business was heard.

VI. New Business

1. Discussion and Directgion on Section 8-14 and the County Comprehensive Plan

A discussion was held regarding the conflict between Section 8-14-9-4 of the Unified Development Code, and the 2020 Comprehensive Plan. Miller also noted that highlighted in the text are other problems with the text of Section 8-14.

Skwarczynski stated that he felt that the Unified Development Code should be changed and not the 2020 Comprehensive Plan. Skwarczynski asked Miller if she could take the lead on this and then have a meeting with some recommendation on how to fix the problems.

It was noted that Lynch, and Sandeno did not have a copy of the 2020 Comprehensive Plan. A 2020 Comprehensive Plan will be mailed to them.

Nelson requested a workshop. Miller noted that a Workshop could be scheduled prior to a regular scheduled ZBA meeting at 6:00 P.M.

Nelson motioned to request a workshop and table this discussion until the March 17, 2020 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting, seconded by Sandeno. Motion carried 6-0.
