Maine Township issued the following announcement on April 4.
A Special Board Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 3 pm. This meeting will be held as a virtual open meeting using Zoom video conferencing.
To watch or participate in this meeting via video, click the following Video Link. You do not need a Zoom account to participate in the meeting. You can view from a computer, tablet, or smart phone and can view from a computer even if you do not have a webcam. If watching from a computer without a webcam or microphone, you will need to call 312-626-6799 and enter Meeting ID: 823 426 363 when prompted if you wish to engage in public participation during the meeting. If you prefer to listen or participate by phone only, also please dial 312-626-6799 and enter Meeting ID: 823 426 363 when prompted.
