B. Clerk's Report

Kay Olson updated the committee on the March 17, 2020 General Primary election. There was a 20.82% voter turnout, the Re-Tab and Canvass was completed on April 1st and the Political Party Placement Lottery has been postponed until the end of the month.

V. Supervisor of Assessments

B. Assessor Report

At this point in the meeting, Onorato lost phone connection briefly and Phillips continued leading the meeting.

Tom Hougas updated the committee on the Board of Review, tax bill timeline and senior exemption forms. Chairman Onorato is to schedule meeting with the Treasurer, Assessor and County Clerk regarding Board of Review timeline.

Onorato was back on before Hougas was finished with his report and resumed as Committee Chairman.

Paul Webb updated the committee on the status of assisting those working from home with the needed laptops and phones as well as available remote assistance.

Dave Ostrander told the committee that he had put together a COVID-19 reporting tool that if needed, would be helpful to the Health Department.

George Gray reported that at 35% through FY2020 all budgets are inline.
