Maine Township issued the following announcement on June 20.
The June regular board meeting will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 6:30 pm for bill review with the regular meeting starting at 7:30 pm. This meeting will be held as a virtual open meeting using Zoom video conferencing.
To watch or participate in this meeting via video, click the following Video Link. To obtain password to connect to this meeting, please call Richard Lyon at 224-257-4869 prior to 6:00 pm on June 23, 2020. You do not need a Zoom account to participate in the meeting. You can view from a computer, tablet, or smart phone and can view from a computer even if you do not have a webcam.
If watching from a computer without a webcam or microphone, you will need to call 312-626-6799 and enter Meeting ID: 817 6948 0307 when prompted if you wish to engage in public participation during the meeting. If you prefer to listen or participate by phone only, also please dial 312-626-6799 and enter Meeting ID: 817 6948 0307 when prompted.
