Braceville Fire District responded to 28 calls in 2018 - 211.1 percent more than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Braceville included 26 fires - 15 structure fires, three vehicle fires and eight other fires.

The department also received two false calls.

The Braceville Fire District had an annual budget of $299,016 in 2018.
