Michelle Pruim stated that as of September, they have used $200,199.00(40%) of the budgeted subsidy of $496,897.00.

Matt Melvin stated that at 83% through FY20, the General Fund expenditures are at 74%, revenues 88%.

VII. Capital Improvement Plan Update

Matt Melvin presented the FY21 Capital Plan. A discussion was held regarding including the Highway Brisbin Road project.

Matt Melvin presented the projected levy extensions, final draft to board in November, passed in December.

IX. Place on File-Tentative Statements of Amended Budgets and Appropriations of the County of Grundy, State of IL, for the Fiscal Year Beginning December 1, 2019 and Ending November 30, 2020

1. Tentative FY21 Budget/FY20 Amended Budget

Matt Melvin reviewed the amended FY20 budget which reflects a $59,457 net income. He stated that the figure includes funding from the Local CURE Grant in the amount of $498,007 which may not be issued in FY20, but will then be added to FY21.
