I. CALL TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Senate Committee on Committees (CC) was called to order at 1:00pm by Clerk Roether.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the April 16, 2020 meeting were approved as distributed by roll call vote.
Yes: Sandler, Ahmad, Alam, Christianson, Fogarty, Garrett, Jenkins, Rao
No: None
Abstain: None
III. PUBLIC COMMENT
No requests received.
IV. CHAIR’S REMARKS
No remarks.
V. OLD BUSINESS

VI. NEW BUSINESS
Elect a Committee on Committees Chair
Roether explained the responsibilities and time commitment for the CC Chair role.
Sandler was nominated to serve as chair. There were no additional nominations and by roll call vote, Sandler was elected chair.

Determine meeting dates and times for Committee on Committees meetings
An email will be sent out to committee member to determine schedule availability.
CC.21.10, Election of Members on Standing Committees of the Senate
Roether explained the process that has been followed in the past for filling vacancies. Committee members will work to find nominees to the vacancies listed on CC.21.10 before the next meeting.
