Maine Township issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.
A Special Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 starting at 6:30 pm. This meeting will be held as a virtual open meeting using Zoom video conferencing.
To watch or participate in this meeting via Zoom video, click the following Video Link. To obtain passcode to connect to this meeting via Zoom, please call Richard Lyon at 224-257-4869 prior to 6:00 pm on November 10, 2020. You do not need a Zoom account to participate in the meeting. You can view from a computer, tablet, or smart phone and can view from a computer even if you do not have a webcam.
If watching from a computer without a webcam or microphone, you will need to call 312-626-6799 and enter Meeting ID: 898 8751 4259 when prompted if you wish to engage in public participation during the meeting. If you prefer to listen or participate by phone only, also please dial 312-626-6799 and enter Meeting ID: 898 8751 4259 when prompted.
