Pricing for the median home in Gardner increased during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Gardner rose by $39,238 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,900 - a 41% increase over the $95,663 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Gardner in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Gardner for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,942, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
