B. Report

Sheriff Briley discussed the budgeted ($35,000) vs actual cost ($60-$70,000) for body cameras. He stated that he will use some of the funds budgeted for the body cameras to replace computer lines and upgrade camera system in the interview room. The remaining cost of the body cameras will be determined at a later date.

Also discussed was the recent jail disturbance, jail staffing, Merit Commission update and expenses accrued from inmates being held for IDOC.
