Diamond (Grundy County) home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Diamond in Grundy County rose by $74,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $273,750 - a 37.6% increase over the $199,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Diamond in the first quarter of 2020.
