Nancy Norton updated the committee regarding the energy bill that needs to be passed in order to save Dresden and the remaining nuclear plants across Illinois.

B. Clerk's Report

Kay Olson reported on SB 825 which pushes back the primary election to June 28, 2022 and make the November 8, 2022 general election a holiday. Other provisions were also discussed. Kay also discussed the purchase of new voter equipment as well as a new voter registration software program.

The Clerk's office is at the end of the extension process and is hoping to roll to the Treasurer, however is on hold due to the vendor.

B. GIS Report

Dave Ostrander told the committee that the web map imagery is completed and he continues to work with Land Use to finalize the building permit project.

A presentation regarding the reapportionment is tentative for the July Tax meeting.

George Gray reported on the FY21 budgets that are 50% through the year.
