On June 28, Juster Kyle A. and Sciddurlo Teresa purchased a home at 1301 Sommer Lane, Minooka from Hackney Sean and Hackney Lindsey for $301,800.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $5,777.60, 1.91% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 22, 2016 for $238,000.

So far in June 2021, 20 properties sold in Minooka.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Sean C. Hackney has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1301 Sommer Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sean C. Hackney, 38, and Lindsey J. Hackney, 35.
