A. American Rescue Plan

Matt Melvin discussed the potential allowed uses of ARP funding for the County. Final guidance will be available in August.

Melvin told the committee that at 58% through FY21 the General Fund Revenues are at 41%; Expenditures at 56%.

Melvin updated the committee on the FY22 budget. The current General Fund requests are $2.3 million over FY21, with $1.5 million due to the mandates in HB 3653 for the Sheriff's budget.
