Grundy County Provides Upcoming Clinic Dates for COVID-19 Vaccines

Village of Diamond issued the following announcement on July 29

The Grundy County Health Department to offer COVID-19 vaccination clinics.

Appointments for Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson are available each week through the Grundy County Health Department. Appointments may be scheduled by calling 815-941-3404.

Walk-in Clinics are available in the month of August as follows:

Saturday, August 7 Pfizer

Grundy Administration Building, 1320 Union Street, Morris

Walk-ins welcome from 9:00am – 11:00am

Must be 12 years or older. If under the age of 14 you MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If between the ages of 14-17 you MUST be accompanied by another adult and have a completed MinorConsent Form if a parent/legal guardian is not with you

Wednesday, August 11 Johnson & Johnson

Minooka Community Room, 121 E. McEvilly Road, Minooka

Walk-ins welcome from 3:00pm-6:00pm

Must be 18 years old

Wednesday, August 18 Johnson & Johnson

Wesley Center, 111 W. North Street, Morris

Walk-ins welcome from 3:00pm-6:00pm

Must be 18 years old

Wednesday, August 25 Johnson & Johnson

Coal City Public Library, 86 N. Garfield St, Coal City

Walk-ins welcome from 3:00pm-6:00pm

Must be 18 years old

Saturday, August 28 Pfizer

Walk-ins welcome from 9:00am – 11:00am
