The school board meeting was held on Thursday, June 10, 2021. Denny Christensen called the meeting to order at 8:03 P.M.

Roll call

Members Present:

Terri Balcom, Denny Christensen, Brad Male, Lauren Vitko, Jamie Wilkey

Absent: Jerry Olsen

Pledge of Allegiance

Motion to approve the employment of John Mammosser as Director of Buildings and Grounds beginning July 1, 2021 with the following compensation:

● Base salary $59,000

● Health Insurance $5,500 + 50% of the remaining premium based on his selection of insurance plan (est. $6,150 total)

● Vacation Days: 5

● Sick Days: 10 (per IL School Code)

● Personal Days: 1
