IV. GEDC Incentive Report
Nancy Norton, GEDC, told the committee that the companies that were given tax incentive packages are required to provide an annual report. She stated that all met the requirements and a full report would be provided at the next meeting.

An Ordinance Proposing a Third Amendment to the Plan of Development Heretofore Approved for the Grundy County Economic Development Project Area No. 1 to Remove Certain Property from Said Area, Convening a Joint Review Board and Calling a Public Hearing in Connection Therewith, and Repealing Grundy County Ordinance No. 2021-022
