On Aug. 5, Petrizzi Rebecca L. and Petrizzi Luigi purchased a home at 562 Boulder Drive, Morris from Ferrero Frank and Ferrero Nicole L. for $195,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $3,332.58, which is 1.71% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, two properties sold in Morris.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Frank R. Ferrero has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries.
