The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,391.90, 1.74% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on May 25, 2017 for $116,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Minooka as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Janet Lynn Guerrero, 46, was the only registered voter residing at 1306 Burns Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020.
