A. Public Participation will be conducted in-person and virtually Individuals who wish to participate virtually are asked to complete an online form that can be found at https://www.isbe.net/Pages/Illinois-State-Board-of-Education-Calendar.aspx and will open on September 7 at 10:30 a.m. and close at 12:00 p.m. Participants will be able to review the participation guidelines and indicate if they wish to speak. Individuals who are in-person at the meeting and wish to participate are asked to complete the sign-in form available at the entrance of room 16-503. A copy of the public participation guidelines will be also be available in Room 16-503 and participants will be able to review the participation guidelines if they wish to speak. The sign-in sheet will be available at 10:30 a.m.
