A. Motion—Approve of Minutes of the August 4, 2021 regular meeting of the Industrial Development Commission.
Unfinished Business:
A. Approval of cost sharing for materials and installation of “Live Highland” sign on 143 in the amount of $3,024.82
New Business:
A. Recommendation on Development Agreement with Highland Auto Wash LLC for project located at 717 5th Street.
