Rising home prices in Gardner in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Gardner rose by $10,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,250 - a 6.1% increase over the $172,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Gardner in August 2020, as well.
