Michelle Pruim reviewed the report with the committee. She stated that there will be an amendment to the FY21 budget due to the County subsidy not being 100% used.

Matt Melvin provided and reviewed the update that reflected a decrease of 0.03% from last year and will be placed on file at the October County Board meeting.

Melvin stated that there were no significant changes since the last presentation; both will be passed in November.
