COVID-19 WALK-IN CLINIC SCHEDULE
DECEMBER 30 @ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | FREE
The Grundy County Health Department will be administering COVID-19 vaccines for the month of December.
When: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in December (EXCLUDING: DEC. 24 AND DEC. 31)
Time: 9:00am-12:00pm
Where: Grundy County Administration Building 1320 Union St. Morris, IL
Vaccines available: Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson
First, Second and Third doses are available for residents 12 years and older.*
Booster doses are available for anyone 16 years and older.*
