On Oct. 29, Brandon Faletti purchased a home at 905 Springhill Drive, Coal City from Michael C. and Jennifer Bertino for $360,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $6,205.52, which is 1.72% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Coal City so far in October 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jennifer L. Bertino has been registered to vote since 2012 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries. Michael C. Bertino has been registered to vote since 2013 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
