On Nov. 26, John H. and Kimberly C. Severson sold their home at 1608 Walden Crescent Road, Morris to Joey and Tammy Zweeres for $465,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $9,544.14, 2.05% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Morris as of this publication.

Severson has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries. John H. Severson has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least 12 primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and 10 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1608 Walden Crescent Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lauren E. Severson, 25, Collin Severson, Kim C. Severson, 51, and John H. Severson, 53.
