The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $5,593.38, 2.6% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 11, 2019 for $125,000.

So far in September 2021, five properties sold in Coal City.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Gerald L McShane, 67, was the only registered voter residing at 310 S. Broadway St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
