On Dec. 17, Jessica L. Fannin purchased a home at 1611 Black St., Morris from Russel and Dona Grieff for $180,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,231.98, 0.68% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2020, four properties sold in Morris.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Dona L. Grieff has been registered to vote since 1990 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary. Russel L Grieff has been registered to vote since 1954 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
