On Oct. 21, Mauro and Raimondi purchased a home at 219 Prairie Ridge Drive, Minooka from Louis and Sherry Gutierrez for $221,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,575.76, 1.61% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was March 7, 2017. It last sold for $149,000.

So far in October 2020, 15 properties sold in Minooka.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Louis C. Gutierrez has been registered to vote since 2016. Sherry C. Gutierrez has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
