Pricing for the median home in South Wilmington decreased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in South Wilmington fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,500 - a 4.6% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in South Wilmington in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in South Wilmington for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,698, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
