What happened to the median home price in Mazon during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Mazon fell by $20,000 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,500 - a 14.5% decrease over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mazon in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Mazon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,530, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
