The third quarter of 2021: Gardner experienced a 7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Gardner fell by $10,250 while total sales increased by 225%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,000 - a 7% decrease over the $146,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Gardner in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Gardner for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,942, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
