How did home prices perform in Morris during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Morris rose by $40,500 while total sales increased by 24.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,500 - a 18.6% increase over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Morris in the third quarter of 2020.
