On Nov. 18, James Aldridge sold their home at 180 W. Third St., Coal City to Colin Anderson for $240,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,720.44, 1.55% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Coal City as of this publication.
