Diamond (Grundy County) median home prices fell by 22.1% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Diamond in Grundy County fell by $62,000 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,000 - a 22.1% decrease over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Diamond in the fourth quarter of 2020.
