1. Update on State Budget
The budget suspends several taxes including the fuel taxes, grocery tax, and tax holidays for back to school shopping. The lack of taxes will be refunded by the State. A discussion was held regarding reimbursement from the State of Illinois on some salaries.
2. ARP Requests
A discussion was held regarding the ARP's Non-Profit requests. Melvin stated that he will have a recommendation by the next Finance meeting regarding the Non-Profits.
VI. New Business
No new business was heard.
VII. Old Business
Procurement Policy, Balkema stated he would like to have it before the Board adjourns in November.
