III. Approval of Minutes

1. Land Use Committee/ - Regular Meeting - Mar 23, 2022 2:30 PM

IV. Land Use Department

A. Official Business

1. Resolution to Approve the Contract Between Grundy County and K&S Tire Recycling, Inc.

Miller provided information in regard to the July 14-16th Tire Recycling event and that they chose K&S Tire Recycling for the event as they provided good service in 2021.

She asked that the committee move the resolution to the County Board for full execution of the contract that was approved in content by Mr. Rudman last year.

There was no or old business brought to the committee from the Administrator, Director or any of the Committee members.

C. Monthly Reports

1. Monthly Report Land Use Department April 2022

Miller summarized events and stated that the wind farm tour would be offered to the County Board members on June 16th. An official invite will be provided.

She also included that an eyeglass reuse event would be combined with the Ewaste event for September as they would be partnering with I-Care through Dr. Ortiz's office.

CFL bulb recycling will be included in the summer paint event or shredding event to aid in completion of the Grundy County Community Foundation Philanthropy grant work.

She stated that the permit and budget summaries were also included.

D. Review of Recommending Committee's Minutes

There was not a Zoning Board of Appeals meeting to review the minutes from. E. Future Agenda Items

F. Claims

Claims were approved through a motion from Harris, seconded by Onorato. Motion passed. V. Budget Reporting

1. FY22 Budget Tracking

Administrator Kucharz summarized that the budget for the Land Use Department was where it should be for this point in the budget year for expenses and in some line items slightly below. She was satisfied with their budget.

VI. Executive Session

There was no need of an Executive Session by the Administrator, Director, or any of the Committee members.

VII. Action Taken as a Result of Executive Session

VIII. Adjournment

Vota moved to adjourn the meeting at 2:44 PM, Onaroto seconded.

Motion passed.
