Ben Ordonez spoke regarding his concerns with how the County is choosing to allocate the ARP fund requests.

IV. Highway Civil Engineer Salary Increase

Eric Gibson requested that the salary range for the Highway Civil Engineer be increased from $70,000- $87,000 to $70,000 - $92,000 due to lack of applicants since December of 2021. Gibson stated that this will make the salary more competitive with surrounding counties.

1. Motion to recommend the salary range increse to the County Board for approval.
