1. Develop standard policy for signing claims

Todd Koehn stated that the updated form will be ready for the next claim cycle.

2. Review legality of using rubber stamps

Legal review to be presented at the next meeting.

3. Review caps for departmental spending authority as stated in Grundy County Board Rules & Procedures

Further discussion at the next meeting.
