1. Petition 22-ZBA-001 Pence Variance for Setback and Area for a Pole Building

Miller reviewed the petition. Pence notified Miller that a continuance of the public hearing was needed until the court case has been settled.

Sandeno motioned to continue until September 20th, and Joyce seconded.
