III. Public Hearing of Budget Transfer for FY22
A. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to transfer, pursuant to Section 17-2A of the Illinois School Code, an amount up to $80,000.00 from the District’s Operations and Maintenance Fund to the District’s Transportation Fund, to be used for transportation expenses and any other legally permissible expenses related thereto; and an amount up to $250,000.00 from the District’s Operations and Maintenance Fund to the District’s Capital Projects Fund, to be used for building operational improvement expenses and any other legally permissible expenses related thereto.
IV. Motion to Approve transfers between funds
O&M to Transportation: Permanent Transfer up to $80,000
O&M to Capital Projects: Transfers $250,000
V. Motion to adjourn
