Review and approve Resolution; Certification Form; and Notice to Custodian for transition of investment portfolio to IPOPIF. (November 1, 2022 transfer tranche)
B) Verify Cash Balances in local checking account to pay beneficiaries and bills.
C) Discuss preparation of cash flow spread sheet for IPOPIF
D) Confirm receipt of all Affidavits from Beneficiaries.
E) Confirm filing of Statement of Economic Interest with County Clerk by all board members. (Due May 1, 2022)
F) Review status of Steinbeck disability matter. Discuss selection of doctors.

9. NEW BUSINESS
A) Provide written notice to CNB Bank as investment advisors regarding transition of investment portfolio from CNB Bank to IPOPIF.
B) Election of Officers / reorganization of board:

iii. Secretary;
iv. Assistant Secretary;
v. FOIA / OMA Officer(s).
C) Review and discuss Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance no later than October 30, 2022 (no extensions will be granted by IDOI). Filing must also include copies of Collective Bargaining Agreement, minutes from all meetings, training certificates for all trustees and other required documents.
D) Discuss Public Act 102-0811, effective 1/1/2023 (formerly House Bill 5447).
E) Discuss Public Act 102-1061, parts effective immediately, other parts effective January 1, 2023, formerly House Bill 4209.
