C. Non-Union Employee Rate Increase

Elected Officials attended in support of the 5% increase. Kucharz discussed the supporting information for the increase including the comparisons of the MAP and AFSME contracts. The motion was to refer the 5% non-union employee increase resolution to the Finance Committee with a positive recommendation.
