B. Clerk's Report
Kay Olson stated that the new voting equipment was delivered to the vendor, with estimated delivery to the Clerk on April 8th. An Electoral Board Hearing was held on March 25th, a candidates name was ruled to be removed due to a petition being improperly filled out, the candidate had 5 days to object, he did not.
New election legislation mandates that all local election authorities must mail a vote by mail application, notifying the registered voters that they may now apply for Permanent Vote by Mail status.
