Discussion was held regarding the property at 6145 E Northern Drive, included in the Property Maintenance & Zoning Violations list. Board Members Olson and Onorato stated that they have both been contacted about the poor state of the property and have a signed petition from the neighbors. Miller told the committee that the matter was sent to the SAO in July, 2022, October no progress; SAO to condemn and demolish according to IPMC. The County Administrator is to contact the SAO and report back to this committee.
