The CCIS 5th Grade Beginning Band had their first concert last week on December 1st in the CCPAC!
They demonstrated their knowledge and skill of the first 3 notes through various book exercises. They did an excellent job, and we are so proud of them! Starting this week, they are learning eighth notes and their 4th note. By the Fine Arts Festival on February 5th, they will know 5 notes and various note/rhythm combinations, allowing them to play familiar pieces. We hope you will join us then to hear their improvement and cheer them on!
