"Thank you to all my Bechtel colleagues and our customers for a great year in 2022. I never cease to be astounded at the achievements you make possible. The projects we advanced, won, and completed around the world this year are changing lives for the better and creating pathways to a brighter future. We never forget that to be entrusted with these projects is a special privilege that we have to earn every day through the hard work and commitment of our people. I’m deeply proud to be part of this incredible team, and I’m excited by the challenges that we’ll tackle in the new year and beyond as we mark our 125th year as a company. Onward! "
